Since 2023, when I began my own weight-loss journey, I’ve gone beyond dieting and learned the science behind food, hormones, and fat loss. I discovered how to use nutrition strategically- not to punish the body, but to work with it.

By balancing hormones naturally through food, I lost weight sustainably (42kgs in 1 year) and regained my energy, confidence, and sense of control. Now, I help women who are struggling with stubborn fat, cravings, and hormonal imbalances do the same
